Potbelly grilled chicken sandwich with nominal amounts of whole food vitamins and a side of baked chips with almost no redeeming value nutritionally.

I could have added a large chocolate chip cookie, supposedly to die for, but I was able to easily resist it using the overweight guy next to me as a negative role model. He drank 2 regular pepsis and ate M&Ms all morning during the training that culminated in this eventual lunch spread.

Thanks chubby guy, that is just what I needed.
