For breakfast it was my usual Raisin Bran with plain yogurt, soy milk, and blueberries, sweetened with fruit juice concentrate (not shown).
At work I at a mini cupcake and a mini chocolate chip cookie for a snack, but only one of each, and they were tiny.
In the late afternoon, I ate two small chicken breasts, but I forgot to photograph them. Dang it. Sometimes I do that.
For dinner I ate the leftover vegetable and tofu stir fry from last night (see Dinner 5/23/11 blog post).
