Dinner 5/2/11

Dinner is 2 bowls of stir fried vegetables and tofu over whole wheat pasta with parmesan cheese. Veggies are broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, and zucchini.

Stir fry sauce is red wine, soy sauce, cranberry/pomegranate juice concentrate, plus salt, pepper, curry powder and other assorted spices.
